The following school supplies are required for all students at FWC middle + High School Program:
 

• Box of Pencils

• Pack of Pens

• Highlighters

• Spiral Notebooks

• Graph paper

• Folders for Assignments

• Calculator and Ruler

If you have not made a parent orientation and signed the required parent manual (with initials in the boxes at the bottom of pages) please download it below. Vaccination records for students should also be sent to Quin@fwc.life or delivered to Family Worship Center prior to the first day of school.
